Company Policies

Scope and limitations of work

All services shall be performed strictly in accordance with the scope, specifications, and details set forth in the written proposal. Any deviation from the agreed-upon work must be expressly authorized by the client.

Unless otherwise expressly directed by the client, pruning shall not exceed one-third (1/3) of the tree’s canopy.

The Company, including any subcontractors retained or associated with the Company, shall not be liable for any injury, disease, decline, or other adverse effects that may occur to any tree following pruning or other services, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. The client acknowledges and accepts that post-service tree health cannot be guaranteed.

Tool sanitization and tree health

The Company routinely sanitizes chainsaw chains, bars, pole saw blades, and loppers with alcohol or other or other appropriate disinfectants as needed. This practice is intended to minimize the risk of transmitting diseases between trees. While the Company takes all reasonable precautions, the client acknowledges that the Company cannot guarantee prevention of disease transmission.

PRUNING SEAL

The Company uses pruning seal on oak trees. Clients requesting the use of pruning seal on specific trees should notify the Company in advance to ensure its application.

Termination of services

The Company reserves the right, and grants the client the same right, to terminate services at any time and for any reason. If unforeseen circumstances arise that materially changes the scope of work, the operation may be suspended or ceased. In such cases, the client shall be responsible for payment of a prorated amount corresponding to the work completed up to the point of termination.
