Company Policies

EXPECTATION OF SERVICES

Work is to be done according to the specific details discussed at the time the proposal is written.  We will not take more than one third of the tree unless we are directed to.   Our company and subcontractors we associate with are not liable for any unhealthy effects that may happen to any tree we work with after a pruning session.

SANITIZATION PROCESS

Our chainsaw chains and bar, pole saw blades and loppers are sanitized with alcohol when needed.  This helps to prevent the spread of disease through contact.

PRUNING SEAL

We use pruning seal on most every tree we cut in order to help stop dead loss and to deter insects from feeding.  Some situations don’t require the use of pruning seal.  If you would like to make sure pruning seal is used on your trees, please check with us to confirm its use.

LIABILITY

Our company and subcontractors we associate with are not liable for any unhealthy effects that may happen to any tree we work with after a pruning session.

END SERVICES

We reserve the right (and share this right with our clients) to stop services at any time and for any reason.  When an unforeseen factor effects scene safety, or anything else significant occurs that changes the scope of the operation, the operation may have to cease. A prorated amount will be charged.

Beat other bids by up to 10%

If you present a bid to us for a tree removal to be done by an INSURED COMPANY and on an official business document, we may be able to beat the listed amount by UP TO 10%. We reserve the right to pass on the job opportunity if we feel that we cannot make a fair profit.  The bid will need to have been created within the previous three months.  This offer is for tree removals only. If we have been hired and your job has been scheduled, the agreed upon price, whether it be verbal or otherwise, should be upheld and should not change.
